The Grivel Salamander is an all-purpose helmet providing protection while Ice or Rock climbing. Lightweight and comfortable the Grivel Salamander has a robust hard ABS plastic outer shell to protect while the interior EPS foam layer provides shock absorption. Ventilation is good via holes on the top of the helmet. Adjustable sizing allows you to create a personal fit. It also looks pretty cool! A visor can be attached for additional protection from falling debris when ice climbing.
