The Mammut Serenity 8.9mm is a very light versatile rope for use as either a single or half rope when weight is the big criteria. The feather weight Serinity is 52g per metre!

The lighter weight and compact construction of the Mammut Serenity means less drag making it ideal for flash and red point ascents.  In addition TrioSafe marking - applied 5 meters from each end and also at the mid point will help avoid rappelling and lowering incidents and remind you when it's time to stop.
