Deliveries and opening times
We are open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. We can only process orders within these times.
The ongoing pandemic may affect a small number of orders or deliveries in certain areas. Please check our website or with your delivery provider for operational updates and local click and collect or in-store restrictions.
If we have an error in our stock control system and an item/s are not available or delayed, you will be informed by us as soon as possible.
Orders and shipping times
- Orders received Monday to Friday by 12 midday are shipped the same day.
- Orders received Monday to Friday after midday will, where possible, be shipped the same day but we cannot guarantee this.

- Orders received at the weekend and bank holidays are shipped on the next working day, Monday to Friday.
Delivery within the United Kingdom
All of our stock levels are live and orders received by 12 midday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after midday will still be shipped that day if it is possible, but we can’t guarantee it. If errors occur in our warehousing stock control system and an item/s are not available or delayed, you will be informed by us as soon as possible by telephone or email.
We are not open at the weekend and orders received at the weekend and bank holidays are shipped on the next working day.
Free Delivery and delivery times – UK Only
We offer free Next Working Day delivery to the UK including Northern Ireland for all orders over £75. Whilst most shipments arrive on time this is not a guaranteed service. Please note 24 hour or 'Next Day' delivery is subject to extended delivery times to some postcodes within Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands
Our Carrier - Royal Mail
We will offer you different carrier services at the basket depending on which is available for your delivery destination. None of our carriage options are guaranteed services, so no refund for carriage can be made if a shipment is delayed.
Orders sent will require a signature. If you are not in when the carrier attempts delivery, they should leave a card informing you how to manage your delivery or how to collect your parcel. This may also be by email alert, please check Royal Mail Track and Trace website for the latest delivery status and service updates. Remember you always have the option of getting your parcel delivered to your place of work within the UK if that is more convenient.
Delivery to the rest of the World is via Royal Mail International Tracked and signed for.
Delivery times for Europe are not guaranteed but are usually 3 – 5 Working days and other worldwide destinations 5-7 Working days.
Please note that international orders can only be dispatched to the card holders address. Any orders to a third-party address will not be dispatched.
For Jurisdictions where VAT does not apply then the VAT at the current rate will be deducted from your order at the basket.
For international orders it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any duties or customs charges applicable in the destination country and enquiries should be made with the relevant authority about such charges before ordering.
