Refund of Delivery Costs
Delivery costs will only be refunded should the product be found to be faulted or incorrectly delivered up to the value of £5.00.
Please note that for the safety of all customers, we are unable to exchange or refund climbing equipment and helmets.
Extended returns for Christmas period
Any orders placed from the 23rd of October till the 5th of December will have return period extended till the 5th of January.
Items Received Damaged – Important Information
If your item is received damaged, you must keep the packaging and call us immediately on 017683 72525. If you call out of hours, please leave a message for us including your name and telephone number stating that you have received a damaged item(s). We will request pictures of the item and damaged packaging.

You will need to click on the blue writing at the top of the page which says ‘Download Returns PDF’. This will download a copy of our Returns and Exchanges form which you will need to complete and post back with the item/s.
N.B. The form will download differently depending on your browser, i.e. Google or Mozilla etc.
All items returned must be:
In perfect saleable condition and we reserve the right to decide if an item is sellable. If it is not suitable for resale, we will not offer a refund or exchange.
Items must

have tags attached to the garment

not smell of smoke, perfume or aftershave

have not been washed
-
be unmarked, unsoiled and not damaged

if footwear, have unmarked soles

if footwear, have not been worn outside

if footwear, be in original boxes which are unmarked and not written on
Please ensure the item is safely packaged and returned within 30 days.
Don’t forget to add the completed Return/Exchanges form so we know who you are.
We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate.
