Please read them carefully before placing any order as they contain important information. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated otherwise.

All of our stock levels are live and orders received by 12 midday will be shipped same day. Orders received after midday will still be shipped that day if possible, but we can’t guarantee it. If errors occur in our warehousing stock control system and an item/s are not available or delayed, you will be informed by us as soon as possible.

Orders received after 12pm on Fridays, at the weekend and bank holidays are shipped on the next working day.

We are pleased to accept orders online via our secure server or by telephone on 017683 72525. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorized by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro and Solo, American Express, ApplePay, Google Pay Some business or Corporate cards may not be accepted.

All orders are positively credit card sanctioned before dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for a delay to any order due to incorrect or invalid payment details being given.

No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. All International orders must be delivered to the address registered with the card issuer.

Any claims for none delivery must be made within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.

None of our carriage options are guaranteed services, so no refund for carriage can be made if a shipment is delayed.


All products offered are guaranteed for a period of twelve months unless otherwise stated from the date of the original invoice against failure to provide reasonable wear owing to defective workmanship or materials. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Please note items need to go back to the manufacturer for their assessment which could take up to 4 weeks.

Every effort is made to ensure the colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product. Due to technical limitations and differences in screen displays, resolutions and lighting some colours may vary.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for non-performance of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, snow, fire, and legislation including any disruption caused by Covid. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered, then the customer's liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charge.

Ownership of Goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.


Any complaint can be sent to our Sales Team. We will endeavour to deal with your complaint within five working days of receipt. In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise a likely time scale to you and keep you informed of any investigation.

Item Returns

For items returned that are not suitable, the Customer is responsible for the Return Carriage cost.

Return of Climbing Equipment and Underwear

Please note that for the safety of all customers, we are unable to exchange or refund climbing equipment, helmets or underwear.
